What the Planning Committee is looking for

Practical over theoretical. Something an attendee can put in place at their own site without a budget request.
Florida-specific where it matters. Heat, hurricane season, and the fact that no state heat rule applies here.
Real cases. What went wrong, what it cost, and what would have caught it.
No sales pitches from the stage. Vendors are welcome and valued, but the exhibit hall is where products get demonstrated, not the session room.
Someone who has done the work. Investigators, practitioners, clinicians, and regulators over professional presenters.
